The restaurant offered a great dinner experience with delicious dishes, and the room had all the essential amenities like a lounge, hair dryer, and iron, making the stay comfortable.

We think it's a perfect place for staying in Brockenhurst.

I loved delicious food.

The double room overlooks the garden and includes coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator. The location is excellent and lovely in a very relaxing area, close enough to the centre of the New Forest.- It's within easy walking distance of Blackwater Arboretum Forest.

The staff at Rhinefield House Hotel are very efficient and exceptionally attentive on drinks and service. The king room includes climate control, a lounge area, and a hair dryer.- The hotel boasts a stunning and excellent location for visiting restaurants and bars.

I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed.

The big plus of this hotel is the location and how the old mansion stands there in the park.

There were exceptions, the waiter who served all alone in the grillroom :o)

My executive queen room had all the necessary facilities like air conditioning, a lounge, and a safe, while the staff was incredibly helpful and caring, and the location in a gorgeous forest area was breathtaking.

Fantastic location in a beautiful park, very good service in all areas, excellent food in historical ambience, central very quiet location to explore the New Forest, but also cities like Salisbury,. Bournemouth or Stonehenge.

The location of the Rhinefield House Hotel was fantastic for walking/cycling through the beautiful New Forest. The hotel itself was beautiful with magnificent grounds - all of which were in excellent order. Having read previous reviews we were not sure what we were going to find, however a recent refurbishment programme has obviously been taking place (and still was in progress in some areas!).

Our initial room allocation was OK - but painting/decoration of the corridors outside was in progress on our arrival. This was not a good welcome - the smell of the paint was horrific and would not have made our brief stay very nice at all. When we asked to be moved this was accommodated with no real problems. It was just a shame to have been put in this position if not necessary in the first place. Air conditioning needs to be looked at carefully in this hotel. The room/s were ridiculously hot (even with the portable unit switched on all night!) and the windows wide open. The heat resulted in sleep not happening easily and when we eventually drifted off we overslept and nearly missed breakfast.

The staff at Rhinefield House Hotel are caring and incredibly attentive, especially when serving drinks. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location near the forest, with relaxing gardens and excellent restaurants nearby.

Well-appointed and well presented room with tv in the bathroom, the staff was extremely helpful. Had central location also situated in a beautiful area.

Very small bathroom, and the breakfast was very poor.

Most of the staff was from Eastern Bloc, I don't mind that, but the typical English character is therefore a bit lost.
